Tom Fisher

In this presentation, Tom Fisher will identify and articulate the value and processes required to support a secure Cloud. Using his experience as vice president of cloud computing at SuccessFactors and former vice president for architecture and technology strategy and acting CTO at eBay, Fisher will explore the security terrain, discuss technologies like Single Sign On (SSO), provisioning software and discuss real-world examples to get to what works – and what doesn’t – in building secure, cloud-scale and enterprise-ready applications. Tom will also draw upon his unique knowledge to do a brief comparison between Cloud and Web applications.
